TORONTO — Choice Hotels Canada has recognized 31 of its hotels across the country for service excellence.
The 31 recipients include 11 who received Platinum Awards, putting them in the company’s top three per cent. The remaining 20 received Gold, placing them in the company’s top 10 per cent.
“To be recognized in one of these two categories is a major achievement for franchisees,” said Tim Oldfield, managing director of Choice Hotels Canada. “As leaders in guest service, they have set the bar high by providing their guests with a positive and memorable experience, and we’re so proud of what they have accomplished.”
The properties are ranked with criteria, which includes guest surveys, third-party quality-assurance audits and a desire to meet guest needs. [complete list]
