CALGARY — The team at Travelodge Canada has announced a $10,000 donation to the Canadian Red Cross to assist in aid efforts for the victims of the fires in Fort McMurray, Alta.
“This is a terrible tragedy for the residents of Fort McMurray and surrounding communities and with thousands of people displaced, Travelodge Canada wants to support the aid efforts”, says Trevor Hagel, VP of Operations for Travelodge Canada. “Oh behalf of our 100 hotel owners across Canada, our hearts and thoughts are with these individuals and families who have been forced to leave their homes.”
Travelodge Canada is also offering discounted/compassion rates in the Edmonton, Leduc, Red Deer and Calgary areas.
