QUEBEC CITY — The Quebec-based Groupe Le Massif and Quebec City-based Groupe Germain have signed an agreement to make Groupe Germain the official operator of Quebec, Charlevoix’s Hotel La Ferme.
The 145-room Hotel La Ferme is home to a railway station, public square, restaurant and spa. “We were often asked if Hotel La Ferme was a Le Germain Hotel because of its great design and comfort. This project is a natural progression,” said Christiane Germain, co-president of Group Germain Hotels. “We will proudly operate this hotel in the spirit in which it was created.”
“We will leverage our national network and 26 years of experience in hotel management and operations to promote Hotel La Ferme and the Charlevoix region,” said Jean-Yves Germain, co-president of Group Germain Hotels. “The natural beauty of the region I have grown to love and the flavours of its terroir deserve to be experienced by a much larger audience.”
The Le Germain team will begin operating the hotel June 1.
