TORONTO — Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI), parent company of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, has appointed Wayne Taylor EVP, Global Development.
“FRHI is poised for great things, and I’m very excited to be taking over this role at such an opportune time,” said Taylor.
In his new role, Taylor will focus on the company’s recent momentum, which saw FRHI transact a number of hotels. “We’re looking to aggressively grow our three distinctive hotel brands, and we’re very excited to have Wayne overseeing our expansion activity,” said William Fatt, chairman and CEO, FRHI.
Taylor, who’s based out of Zurich, previously held the position of SVP for Hotel Transactions at Fairmont; he was VP of Development at Delta Hotels and Resorts prior to joining FRHI.
