MONTREAL — Colliers Hotels and Eastdil Secured LLC have announced the sale of the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal on behalf of Pandox AB to the Artifact Group and its partner KingSett Capital.
The expansive 595-key hotel is located in the Complexe Desjardins in the heart of downtown Montreal’s Entertainment District.
The recently renovated property offers an array of amenities, including two F&B outlets, an expansive indoor pool, a spa, a fitness centre and 46,000 sq. ft. of event space, one of the largest offerings in the market inclusive of a patio overlooking the Quartier des Spectacles.
