OTTAWA — Tourism HR Canada is offering a selection of its Emerit online-training modules free of charge.
The included modules are available in both English and French and can assist with ongoing training needs, as well as give those whose jobs have been impacted by COVID-19 the opportunity to upskill or cross-train. The modules span a range of frontline, supervisory and managerial training.
This offer is part of Tourism HR Canada’s commitment to helping tourism operators and employees through the current crisis.
“Our hope is this will help our workforce be as prepared as possible for the eventual resurgence of travellers exploring the amazing destinations across Canada,” reads a statement announcing the offer.
