TORONTO — The Hazelton Hotel began welcoming guests back last week.
The boutique property released its “8 Points COVID-19 Safety Plan” on its website prior to re-opening.
“The health and safety of our colleagues and guests is our number-1 priority,” the post reads. “As we prepare for the re-opening of our hotel and welcoming back our guests that we miss dearly, below is our eight-point plan we’ve developed to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues while at The Hazelton.”
The plan includes:
- Screening & Temperature Testing
- Physical Distancing
- Hand Washing, Enhanced Sanitization and Cleaning Protocols
- Mandatory Masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Front- of- house signage
- Back-of-house signage
- Colleagues & Guest Health Concerns
- Case Notification
