WINNIPEG — Two Thunder Bay, Ont. hotels are being snatched up by Temple Hotels Inc., for a combined $26.5 million.
The Winnipeg-based real-estate investment company has agreed to purchase the 92-room Days Inn North at 1250 Golf Links Rd.The limited-service hotel, which opened in 2007, offers complimentary breakfast, 350-sq.-ft. of meeting space, a fitness centre and 100 parking spaces.
It has also acquired the 92-room Days Inn & Suites at 645 Sibley Dr. Opened in 2002, it features a dedicated breakfast space, 700 sq.-ft. of meeting space, a fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool with spa and 112 parking spots.
The acquisitions are expected to close July 1.
