VANCOUVER — B.C.-based hospitality group, Kitchen Table Restaurants, opened the doors to its Northern-Italian inspired Giovane Bacaro in Vancouver today.
Located on the lobby level at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, Giovane Bacaro offers a menu of Northern-Italian signature cicchetti (small plates) created by chef Scott Korzack.
The interior design of the restaurant was undertaken by award-winning firm Ste. Marie Studios and pays homage to mid-century contemporary Italian style while incorporating feature marble and intermittent pops of colour.
The space will also include a new café space, called Giovane Caffe, which will serve a selection of curated Italian beverages including mandorlattes, marocchinos, bicerins and affogatos. Giovane Bacaro will be open seven days a week and is now accepting reservations.
