TORONTO — The management team at Toronto’s One King West Hotel & Residence has named Joe Grado its new executive chef.

Grado brings more than 20 years of experience to the property, having worked in some of the finest hotels around the globe, including the Forte Village Resort Sardinia (Italy), the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel and Toronto’s Omni King Edward Hotel.
