MONTREAL — Fairmont’s The Queen Elizabeth hotel has reopened its doors after undergoing a year-long renovation worth more than $140 million.

The hotel’s owner, Ivanhoé Cambridge, worked with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Montreal-based firms Pomerleau, a general contractor, and Sid Lee Architecture on the project.

Guests staying at the hotel will find updated guestrooms, common areas and spa, as well as the new CoLab 3 business campus on the third floor and an outdoor terrace overlooking René-Lévesque Boulevard.

The hotel also features the Agora, Rosélys restaurant, Krema café and Nacarat bar.
