TORONTO — The patio at Bar Le Germain at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Maple Leaf Square has opened for the summer season. Bar Le Germain is helmed by chef Johnson Wu and the menu features his ‘Wusian Fusion’ creations as well as a combination of signature cocktails using Romeo’s gin.

“Patio season is play time for me. It’s when I get to experiment with a lot of different flavour combos like fish sauce in caramel, banana with ketchup or Parmesan in furikake,” says chef Wu. “I’m excited for this year. I like to bring something out of the ordinary. Last year, it was horse, and this year, it’s beef tongue.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Romeo’s gin the past two years, a company that shares our love of creating the unexpected,” says the team at Bar Le Germain. “Our cocktail list features them very heavily.”
