TORONTO — SAMM Holding has recently announced a new $130-million mixed-use development as part of the Toronto-Airport East Holiday Inn expansion.
Called the Regal Plaza, the development will include an 11-storey, 200,000 sq.-ft. mixed-use building that will be connected to the existing Holiday Inn, consisting of retail, office condos and a new 204-room Holiday Inn Staybridge hotel featuring a banquet hall.
