QUEBEC CITY — The Hilton Quebec Hotel is kicking off its 40th anniversary with a year of celebrations and culinary offerings in homage to the history of the property.
Allegro Restaurant will feature a new anniversary burger and $40 table d’hôte menu prepared by executive chef Mario Gagnon as well as a 40th anniversary signature martini. A series of photographs will be showcased on the hotel’s wall of fame, highlighting events and well-known people who have stayed at the hotel over the years.
The property is also extending a lower room rate to residents of Quebec throughout the year as well as a special meeting package price of $40 per person.
