WINNIPEG, Man. — The Fairmont Winnipeg hotel has been sold to Lombard Hospitality Limited on behalf of WPG Hargrave Hotel LP.
Nestled at the heart of Winnipeg’s bustling corporate hub and sought-after leisure destinations, the 340-key hotel enjoys a prime location surrounded by the city’s most prominent office buildings, including the adjacent Richardson Building. The new owner intends to continue to operate the hotel under the Fairmont brand.
