VANCOUVER — Fairmont Pacific Rim has revealed its Fairmont Gold experience, following an extensive renovation led by Westbank, the hotel’s co-owner and developer, in partnership with Canadian interior design studio Nivek Remas.

The Fairmont Gold experience draws inspiration from the surrounding forests and natural landscapes. Spanning the 20th to 22nd floor of the hotel, floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate each space with natural light.

Guestrooms and suites are adorned with a hand-blown Bocci pendant light fixture, suspended above a custom-designed velvet green sofa by B&B Italia. Artworks by Canadian artist and designer, Benjamin Kapoor, explore the intersections of two-dimensional shapes and three-dimensional forms. Each guestroom features a 75-inch TV with immersive Bose Smart Soundbar and bedside touch panels to control lighting, temperature, drapes and entertainment.

The oversized marble bathrooms feature Japanese-style washlets, deep soaker tubs with resin bathtub trays, Dyson Supersonic hair dryers and eco-conscious amenities. Enhanced wellness offerings include a personalized pillow menu, shower and pillow sprays, essential oil diffusers and in-room yoga mats.

At the heart of the experience is the Fairmont Gold Lounge on the 20th floor where guests can indulge in complimentary fresh-to-order breakfast, chef’s curated canapes during cocktail hour and a plethora of sommelier-selection wines and hand-crafted refreshments. Additionally, the experience offers guests bespoke amenities, including a dedicated 24/7 concierge team that curates personalized itineraries.
