TORONTO – Delta Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Lucas to Senior Analyst of the Delta Corporate Development team effective February 13th, 2012.
In his new role, Lucas will support Delta’s strategic growth planning and project underwriting, while providing overall support to the Development department.
Lucas is a budding professional with five years of experience, to which he spent in progressive positions at two consulting firms based in Vancouver. This includes his most recent position as Project Manager at Thomas Consultants Inc., where he conducted studies for various real estate uses including hotel development throughout North America and Asia. Prior to that, Lucas worked as a Consultant at PKF Consulting Inc. where he was able to develop his knowledge in hotel feasibility and valuation consulting, as well as commercial development consulting.
Lucas is an avid Squash player, having played for the University of Guelph where he attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel & Food Administration from the faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Lucas relocated from Vancouver to Toronto earlier this year.
