Jennifer Jewczyk, Program Advisor, Training and Practicum Development of Imperial Hotel Management College (www.ihmc.ca) is pleased to announce that a new AHLA Supervisory Skills Building Course will now be offered at their Pacific Centre location.

“We are excited to be the first college in BC to provide hotel executives this opportunity, which is part of the American Hotel and Lodging Association Certification program. Ken Honborg, a well-known local hotel manager and owner of DSC Hotel Management Systems, has joined the IHMC Faculty and will be teaching the course.”

Imperial Hotel Management College is an accredited educational institute offering 9-month Executive Diploma and 12-month Advanced Diploma programs. The academic component based on AHLA is typically half of the curriculum, while the other half students have the opportunity to focus on training and workshops, gaining comprehensive on-the-job experience in all major hotel departments, at many high-end properties across Canada.
