BEDFORD, N.S. — Construction has begun on the 121-room Cambria Hotel & Suites Fredericton, N.B., set to open summer 2017.
The hotel will be located within Kingswood Resort Village — home to Atlantic Canada’s largest entertainment centre. This location will put guests steps away from a 27-hole, full-service golf facility, indoor play zone, fitness centre, gymnastics facility, restaurants, meeting and banquet facilities, 25 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails and a large skating pond.
Cambria Hotel & Suites Fredericton will feature a large lobby, bistro-style lounge serving breakfast and dinner, grab-and-go pantry, 1,200-sq.-ft. meeting facility, a fitness centre and spacious suites with modern décor and a large bathroom.
Investor and co-general partner, Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc., will oversee the development and manage the Cambria Hotel & Suites Fredericton upon opening.
