VANCOUVER — Cindy Schoenauer has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory team as VP, Hospitality & Gaming, based in Vancouver.
Schoenauer had been working with the team on a contractual basis for several months prior to officially joining Cushman & Wakefield. She will work closely with Charles Suddaby, Brian Flood, Vanessa Boland, Vadess Johan, Gaith Saqqa and Daniel Fung. Her responsibilities include market and feasibility studies, appraisals, asset strategy and acquisition due diligence.
Schoenauer has 15 years of industry experience and has specialized in the valuation of hospitality assets in downtown, suburban, resort and rural markets throughout Western Canada. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield she was a director for CBRE Hotels.
