MONTREAL — Choice Hotels Canada has opened a new property in downtown Montreal. Hotel Place Dupuis is located between Quartier Latin and the gay village and is minutes from Montreal’s famous Old Port.
The large four-star property will be a part of the Ascend Hotel Collection and is equipped with on-site amenities, such as its restaurant Le Vignoble, a fitness centre, as well as an indoor pool and dry sauna.
Rooms range from twin bedrooms to large executive suites — all of which boast flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi and coffee makers, while the latter option includes hot tubs and panoramic views of the city. There is also a range of business amenities, including 15 meeting rooms and a capacity of 350 for conferences or banquets. Audiovisual equipment, catering and parking are also available.
