TORONTO — Choice Hotels Canada has announced the winners of its annual Platinum and Gold Guest Satisfaction Awards. These awards celebrate Canadian properties for their operational excellence and dedication to superior service. The criteria for the awards to determine recipients include results from key performance indicators, as well as guest survey results.
