TORONTO — The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto has appointed Sarah Russell to the role of director of Food & Beverage.

Russell joins the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto from the Sheraton Centre, where she held the position of director of Venues, Restaurants and Bars. Previously, she held senior F&B positions with the Compass Group of Canada, the Grand Hyatt Bahamar (Nassau), Westin Harbour Castle and the Thompson Toronto.

She is a graduate of Guelph University with a Bachelor of Commerce, and a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2015, Russell was the recipient of the Top-30-Under-30 award through the Ontario Hostelry Institute (now a part of Kostuch Media Limited’s portfolio).
