TORONTO — CFO Capital has welcomed David Hladin, senior vice-president of Business Development, and Hubert Jurkiewicz, commercial analyst, to its growing national commercial mortgage brokerage for all asset classes.
Hladin brings 31 years of commercial banking experience with the last 23 years at RBC as a senior member of the construction financing team. Jurkiewicz spent more than 11 years in banking with HSBC and TD bank. The last five years were spent in commercial banking with HSBC, specializing in deal structuring and commercial underwriting for all asset classes.
