CALGARY — West Campus Development Trust, Group Germain Hotels and Calgary-based Homes by Avi have announced a new addition to Calgary’s Northwest University District development plans — a 156-room Alt Hotel.
The new hotel, which is expected to open in late 2020, will include a retail and residential component, as well as an underground parkade.

The hotel is the second partnership project for Homes by Avi and Group Germain Hotels. The residential component will be developed by the award-winning multi-family division, Avi Urban, while LemayMichaud Architecture Design will head the Alt Hotel’s design.
