MONTREAL — Group Germain Hotels is set to open a new Le Germain Hotel next month in Ottawa.
Le Germain Hotel Ottawa will be the company’s second property in the city, following the opening of Alt Hotel Ottawa in 2016. The new hotel is situated in a 23-floor mixed-use building that is an integral part of the Ottawa Art Gallery expansion and Arts Court redevelopment — which includes the ArtHaus private residences, as well as a theatre.
The hotel will offer deluxe continental breakfast — using local and organic products whenever possible — and room service, as well as an on-site restaurant, Norca Restaurant & Bar.
Event and meeting space will also be available — spanning 2,500 sq. ft. across two floors. These modern spaces feature natural light, advanced lighting systems, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, soundproofing and architectural acoustic ceilings.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, in-room Nespresso machines, a 24-hour gym and indoor valet parking.
