BARRIE, Ont. — Choice Hotel Canada has opened its latest property, the Allure Hotel & Conference Centre in Barrie, Ont. as part of the Ascend Hotel Collection. As the 22nd Ascend Hotel Collection member in Canada, the hotel also has an onsite conference centre that can accommodate up to 256 guests.

Its 161 guestrooms feature premium bedding and spa bathrooms, as well as amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, TV and free Wi-Fi. Select rooms also offer balconies or direct access outside. In addition to its conference centre, the hotel also has an onsite restaurant, Spynn, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness centre and 24-hour business centre.
The Allure Hotel & Conference Centre is owned by Aurora Group, and it’s their second Ascend Hotel Collection property, joining the Pinestone Resort and Conference Centre in Haliburton, Ont.
