TORONTO — The 1 Hotel Toronto is now accepting reservations in preparation for opening day on Aug. 4, 2021. Located in the King Street West neighbourhood, the hotel features 112 guestrooms and a variety of environmentally friendly programs and amenities, including an onsite organic composter, property-wide water filtration system, bee hotel and organic cotton linens and bath products.
Additionally, 1 Hotel Toronto will offer five dining and entertainment concepts: 1 Kitchen Toronto, an indoor and outdoor all-day restaurant; Flora, the hotel’s lobby bar; 1 Hotel Garden Pavilion, an onsite organic garden; Casa Madera, a Mexican and Mediterranean-style restaurant; and Harriet’s Toronto, a rooftop sushi bar.
This is the first location in Canada for the 1 Hotels brand founded by Barry Sternlicht, CEO and Chairman of Starwood Capital Group.
