TORONTO — CBRE Canada has appointed Sylvia Occhiuzzi as senior associate of its Hotel Capital Markets team.
Occhiuzzi boasts more than 16 years of commercial-real-estate experience, including 10 years with Four Seasons Hotels Limited, where she supported the hotel chain’s U.S. and European expansion. Her experience underwriting complex hotel and mixed-use projects is a valuable addition to the team.
In her new role, Occhiuzzi will support sophisticated hotel investors, while helping a new tier of investors looking to enter and navigate the intricacies of Canada’s unique hotel market.
