HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. — U.S. hotel performance has increased from the previous week and showed positive year-over-year (YOY) comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data for the week of November 5 to 11.

In comparison to the same week in 2022, occupancy came in at 64.8 per cent (up 0.8 per cent); Average Daily Rate (ADR) came in at US$156.01 (up four per cent); and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR): came in at US$101.13 (up 4.9 per cent).

Among the top 25 markets, Denver saw the largest YOY occupancy lift (up nine per cent to 69.3 per cent).  Dallas reported the largest increases in ADR (up 12.6 per cent to US$136.34) and RevPAR (up 22.3 per cent to US$101.84). Lastly, the steepest RevPAR declines were seen in New Orleans (down 13.4 per cent to US$117.26) and San Diego (down 8.6 per cent to US$138.29).
