SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre, Saskatoon’s second largest hotel, has a new owner. Under the exclusive advisement of CBRE, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts has sold the 250 guestroom property to Temple REIT.
Located minutes away from the airport, The Saskatoon Inn features the largest conference and meeting space in the city, a full-service restaurant and lounge, an indoor pool, whirlpool and business centre.
The hotel will undergo a $10-million capital renovation over the next three years that will include the revamping of guestrooms and public areas.
