TORONTO — Nancy Munzar Kelly is the new general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto.

“We’re delighted to have Nancy join the Shangri-La family and bring her wealth of knowledge in the Toronto market to our valued guests and stakeholders,” says William Mackay, executive vice-president, Europe and the Americas, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. “With Nancy’s strong attention to setting and maintaining luxury service standards, I believe she will further elevate our guest experience.” 

Munzar Kelly brings more than 30 years of hospitality-industry experience and local knowledge to Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Liverton Hotels International, which owned and operated Metropolitan Hotel, SoHo Metropolitan Hotel and Metropolitan Vancouver. During this time Munzar Kelly also served as general manager of The Hazelton Hotel in Toronto. As COO, Munzar Kelly oversaw operations and sales for three hotels, four restaurants and three long-stay residences.
