MONTREAL — Hôtel Monville has opened its doors in Montreal. The new independent hotel — located in Montreal’s Quartier International — offers 269 guestrooms, including 54 suites.

Hôtel Monville features the latest integrated technological innovations and is the first and only hotel in Canada to provide room service using an autonomous delivery robot, developed by the California-based Savioke. The hotel also features electronic check-in kiosks that distribute room keys. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, rain showers, 50-inch HD TVs, a 24-hour gym and a 4,000-sq.-ft. banquet space.

The hotel lobby houses Gourmet Monville — a restaurant offering dine-in and take-out options inspired by Montreal’s creative and eclectic gastronomy. The hotel also boasts a bar with a “distinctly original” wine list and rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Montreal and Mount Royal.

“The Hôtel Monville has been designed to welcome those who wish to fully immerse themselves in the Montreal experience. No matter how long they stay, they’ll be sure to enjoy the people, the art, and the city’s boldness and vibrant lifestyle,” says Jean-Cédric Callies, director of Sales and Marketing, Hôtel Monville. “We were inspired by this wonderful city and this hotel is a natural extension of its warmth and spirit.”

The property, designed by ACDF* Architecture, showcases the city through its design. All rooms and suites have large windows that, alongside the paintings that adorn the walls, provide panoramic views of the city, the mountain or the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.

The Hôtel Monville is part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts loyalty program, which gives guests access to benefits and rewards across 600 hotels in 85 countries.
