WATERLOO, Ont. — Langdon Hall: A Cookbook, co-authored by Jason Bangerter, executive chef at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa near Cambridge, Ont., and Chris Johns, is now available. Photographer Colin Faulkner was also hired to capture stunning food and location photography for the cookbook.

The cookbook offers a collection of seasonally-inspired recipes with notes on techniques and wine pairings, as well as stories about ingredients, cooking, farmers and purveyors.

“Everything is inspired by the property, and local farms in the area, and that’s why the experience is so unique here and the book is so unique. When we started seeing this book come together, I realized it’s going to be a special book, because there’s no place like this place,” Bangerter told Cambridge Today.

Since the cookbook was released on April 5, it has ranked number-1 bestseller on Amazon for Canadian cookbooks.
