BETHESDA, Md. — Courtyard by Marriott is celebrating today’s opening of a Courtyard hotel in Ottawa, which features a reinvigorated lobby and room design with flexible work and social spaces and a 24/7 food and beverage market.

“From day one, Courtyard has prided itself as a brand that listens to what business travellers want from a hotel,” said Janis Milham, vice-president, Global Brand Manager, Courtyard by Marriott. “Guests want more control and choice with services and amenities that create a healthy balance between working and relaxing. We redefined the Courtyard lobby so it invites guests to get out of their rooms.” 

The new 395-room hotel features 36,000 square feet of event/meeting space, complimentary hi-speed Internet access and parking.

The hotel operates as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Bona Building & Management Co. of Ottawa.
