EDMONTON — Colliers International Hotels has assisted Platinum Investments Ltd. in the sale of its 239-key Edmonton Focused-Service Portfolio — consisting of the 136-room Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton West and 103-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Edmonton West — to Genesis Hospitality Inc.
The portfolio offered an opportunity for Genesis Hospitality Inc. to increase the number of hotels it has in Canada to 11. The hotels are next to each other on a large 6.55-acre site in West Edmonton.
