Luxury ship sailing to port with beautiful sky

MIAMI, Fla. —Azamara is offering a new world cruise for 2025, after its 2024 version sold out, starting Nov. 10. This is Azamara’s second world cruise on the Azamara Onward, which was christened in May 2022 and can hold up to 684 guests.

The cruise will depart from San Diego, Calif. and end in the U.K. for a total of 155 nights, including stops in 37 countries with 46 late-night or overnight stops. Travellers will experience a kickoff gala in San Diego, Calif. and journey to destinations across the globe, from Honolulu to Sydney, Bangkok, and Bali. The cruise will also include 13 complimentary land events, such as the world’s largest Buddhist temple dating back to the 9th century in Semarang, Indonesia.

Additionally, travellers will receive $4,000 in onboard credit, $3,000 to spend on shore excursions, roundtrip business class airfare, a premium beverage package for two, and weekly laundry service.

“With 60 per cent of ports on this sailing being different from those on our 2024 world voyage, this itinerary was carefully curated to give even the most well-travelled guests a new perspective on the world,” says Carol Cabezas, president of Azamara. “Our 2025 world cruise invites travellers to not only see the world but also take their time in each destination and make memories that will last long after the journey has ended.”

Azamara plans to drop vaccine requirements for all cruises starting and ending in the U.S. on Dec. 1 and all cruises beginning and ending in Europe on Mar. 11, 2023. All other sailings require proof of vaccination and a booster shot.
