Canada’s leading business information resource for the foodservice and hospitality industry, Kostuch Publications Limited, earned two prestigious Kenneth R. Wilson Awards, the ‘Oscars’ of Canadian business publishing, from the Canadian Business Press (CBP).
The Award winners were: Hotelier magazine won a Gold award in the Best Photo category for the article A Couple of Chicks (photographer Margaret Mulligan; art director David Heath), appearing in the December 2008 issue; Foodservice and Hospitality won a Silver award for the Best Profile of a Company for the New York Fries story, written by Iris Benaroia, and appearing in the December 2008 issue.
In addition, Hotelier magazine received Top 5 Honours in Best Photograph for “Get Connected” and Foodservice and Hospitality magazine for Best Illustration for “The Big Squeeze”. Both publications were also in the Top 10 for the following categories;
