TORONTO — InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has opened the 119-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gatineau – Ottawa hotel in Gatineau, Quebec.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gatineau-Ottawa property is the first modular-build structure in IHG’s Canadian portfolio. Developed by Quebec-based RCM Modulaire, the design for the hotel was created in a factory where block room units with interior finishes were completed before being delivered to the hotel site for assembly.
Additional amenities at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gatineau Ottawa hotel include an indoor pool, fitness centre and flexible meeting space. The hotel is equipped with power stations for electric vehicles.
