TORONTO — Orangeville, Ont.’s Hockley Valley Resort will host the finale of Top Chef Canada season two, which will air on Food Network Canada June 4.

The finale will showcase some of Hockley Valley Resort’s top culinary attractions, including Restaurant 85, which has an outdoor wood-fire oven in the garden kitchen, and a four-acre fruit and an on-site vegetable garden.

John Paul Adamo, president and owner of the property, will join the finale as a guest judge.

Chefs Jonathan, Trevor and Carl will be competing for the Top Chef title.
