NORTH VANCOUVER — Executive Hotels & Resorts is set to develop a new high-end, boutique-hotel brand for The Shipyards development project, underway in North Vancouver’s North Shore.
The boutique property will offer breathtaking oceanic panoramas and refined design inspired by the North Shore’s effortless seaside ambiance. The new hotel will feature 70 guestrooms, an ocean-facing spa suite and a refined lobby bar.
“Executive is excited to bring a unique boutique-hotel concept to the dynamic Shipyards project, which will complement the outstanding partners Quay Property Management has integrated into the site,” says Salim Sayani, president of the Executive Group. “Taking advantage of this unique seaside location will allow for a stunning backdrop and inspiration to the hotel’s design.”
The Shipyards development is scheduled for completion in late 2018.
