VANCOUVER — YEW Seafood + Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver has launched a revamped lounge menu, as well as a selection of seasonal offerings.
Restaurant chef Evan Morgan’s new lounge menu features easy-to-share dishes designed to pair with the bar team’s creative cocktails. New items include crispy pork belly sliders dressed with wasabi mayo ($15) and crispy brussels sprouts topped with chili, capers and parmesan ($12). These additions are joined by guest favourites, such as the lobster tacos ($22) and the Fishermen’s Box ($84 to $114) — a selection of chilled and raw seafood on ice.
The restaurant has also extended its Aperitivo Hour, offering specially priced bites and beverages during two time slots — from 2 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close.
YEW has also brought back its white, red and rosé sangrias for the summer. The white sangria features white peach, peach liqueur, white cranberry juice and soda; the red combines cinnamon, orange, port, berry shrub and soda; and the rosé features strawberry, basil, black lime, Cointreau, cranberry juice and soda. Sangria is available for $17 and $12 during Aperitivo Hour.
