PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Wyndham Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide, has acquired Dolce Hotels and Resorts and its portfolio of 24 properties and more than 5,500 guestrooms across seven countries in Europe and North America, for US$57 million in cash.

The Rockleigh, N.J.-based Dolce’s hotels, resorts, conference centres and day meeting centres offer 750,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, host approximately 100,000 events and welcome four-million meeting clients each year.
