CALGARY — Arjun Channa is the new GM for the Westin Calgary Hotel, reports the Calgary Herald.
Channa previously served as hotel manager at Starwood’s flagship hotel, the Sheraton Centre in Toronto. Born in India, Channa left to study hotel management in Switzerland in 1989. He first joined the Starwood Hotels corporate team in 2012 in New Delhi where he managed brand compliance and acquisition development throughout India.
The Westin Calgary Hotel features 525 guestrooms and suites and 26,000 square feet of meeting space. [calgaryherald.com]
