VANCOUVER — The Starwood Capital Group has sold the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver.
Cushman & Wakefield reported the property was acquired for an undisclosed amount by a local diversified group.
The 511-room Westin Bayshore Hotel is located on more than six acres in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood and features two restaurants, a spa, Starbucks, 70,000-sq.-ft. of meeting space and a six-slip marina.
Let’s hope a Vancouver icon doesn’t have a date with a wreaking ball!
