HAMILTON, Ont. — Vrancor Group has bought two hotels west of Toronto. The company announced late last month that it had taken over ownership of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oakville @ Bronte and the Staybridge Suites Oakville-Burlington.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oakville @ Bronte onsite facilities include 144 guestrooms, 40 of which are large suites with separate living and sleeping areas; 20 jacuzzi rooms; the 64-seat Marquis Bistro Restaurant & Grill; the 24-seat Marquis Lounge; a fitness facility with indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna; a 24-hour business centre; 600 surface parking stalls and free WiFi.

In addition to the immediately adjacent space at Oakville Conference Centre, the hotel offers 7,200 sq. ft. of flexible meeting room spaces comprised of three ballrooms and three function rooms. In-room dining and banquet options are also offered.

Staybridge Suites Oakville-Burlington, adjacent to both Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oakville @ Bronte and Oakville Conference Centre, features 105 studio, one- and two-bedroom extended-stay suites. Offering daily, weekly and monthly rates for extended-stay guests, all suites include a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking equipment, cutlery and china, dining table, 32-inch flat-screen TV, stereo, work desk with electrical outlets, two-line telephone with voicemail and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet.

The hotel also offers two meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 30 people each. An outdoor patio with barbecue area is also available for guest use, along with ample parking. The hotel is a recipient of 2015 Certificates of Excellence from TripAdvisor and Hotels.com, along with IHG’s “Number-1 within the Region” award for the Highest Guest Satisfaction Score.
