QUEBEC — Urgo Hotels & Resorts Canada and Devmont Construction have opened the first dual-branded Hilton Property in Quebec, including Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden brands. Located in midtown Montreal, the property — which is in close proximity to the downtown core and the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport — represents an investment of more than $70 million.

The dual-branded hotel offers suites with fully equipped kitchens, oversized bathrooms and large living areas for longer stays. In addition, both brands accept pets and offer a variety of amenities, including an indoor heated pool, fitness centre, grab-and-go market, business centre and indoor parking.

In light of COVID-19, guests can take advantage of contactless digital check-in/out, room service and Hilton’s Connected Room platform, which allows them to control the lighting and TV from their smartphones. The property has also applied all aspects of Hilton’s Clean-Stay program.

The hotel features the Westbury Ballroom for future in-person events, such as social events, weddings, meetings and corporate events. The property joined forces with Brera Catering to oversee the food-and-beverage operations for all types of events.

“Our hotel complex is situated in the perfect neighbourhood to experience Montreal’s true business, entertainment and dining vibe,” says Pino Nicosia, director of Sales and Marketing. “We’ll become the much-sought-after destination for the ultimate guest experience – immersed in the level of service Montreal is renowned for.”
