TORONTO — Trump Toronto has introduced its fall harvest menu at Stock Restaurant Bar & Lounge available through Nov. 21.

“We wanted to create a menu that captures the rich, traditional flavours of fall, married with Stock Restaurant’s unique epicurean flair,” said executive chef Geno Santos. “We are proud to offer a decadent autumn menu that adds panache to an already exceptional luxury food and beverage program,” he added.

The new menu features a two-course meal for $39 or a three-course feast for $49. Among the dishes highlighted are roasted hubbard squash soup with bosc pear, brown butter and walnuts as an appetizer, spiced pumpkin seed crusted B.C. salmon or fall harvested vegetable crock pot as an entrée and a selection of desserts including warm dark chocolate tart with walnut maple ice cream and brown sugar tuile, spiced pumpkin crème brûlée with vanilla shortbread cookie or a chef’s selection of house-made chocolates.
