TORONTO — The team behind the hotel search engine trivago.com has released its 2015 Canada’s Best Value Cities report. Based on the cheapest hotel rates, and overall hotel reputation, the report highlights 15 cities worth a visit.

 

A few highlights:

  • Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont. ranked number 1, with an overall hotel ranking of 88/100 and an average accommodation price of $203 per night.
  • Kelowna, B.C. ranked number 5, with an overall hotel ranking of 79.12/100 and an average accommodation price of $140 per night
  • Quebec City ranked number 8, with an overall hotel ranking of 82.09/100 and an average accommodation price of $161 per night.
  • Toronto ranked number 15, with an overall hotel ranking of 77.78/100 and an average accommodation price of $179 per night.
