TORONTO — Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has welcomed Viviana Quesada as its new Spa director at the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto. Quesada is also the brand’s senior Spa director for the Americas and boasts more than a decade of global management experience in her field.

With previous experience working as a physiotherapist, Quesada began her career with the company in 2005 when she joined the team at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo and joined the inaugural class of a management-training program for Four Seasons spas in 2007. Quesada then moved to Istanbul, where she took on the role of Spa Director at the property along the Bosphorus. In 2015, she advanced once again in Punta Mita, Mexico where she was named senior Spa director for the Americas.
With 16 treatment rooms, a hair-and-nail bar and an indoor pool and whirlpool, the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto is referred to as “Cloud 9,” offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Since her appointment, Quesada has been working to enhance the guest experience by incorporating new products intended to help deliver exceptional, exclusive service.
In her refreshed approach, Quesada has announced the launch of a new menu of facials using CRYO technology offered exclusively in the city by the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto. The new range of 111SKIN products — a scientific luxurious skincare brand from Harley Street London by Dr. Yannis Alexandrides — is used in conjunction with CRYO technology in signature treatments, the Ultra-Lux Black Diamond Facial and Deluxe Sub-Zero Energy Facial. Using exclusive Celestial Black Diamond powder to enhance the skin’s absorption in conjunction with CRYO technology, the Ultra-Lux Black Diamond Facial targets signs of ageing on a multi-dimensional level. The sub-zero temperatures of CRYO technology offer an enhanced experience using cooled, purified air to increase microcirculation, which assists in refreshing, detoxifying and purifying the skin.
